FCC Warns Licensee Over Out-of-Band Transmissions (April 1, 2026)

The FCC responded to a complaint involving a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania amateur operator for transmitting outside the privileges of his Technician Class license and causing interference to local emergency service communications on a public service frequency of 470.4375 MHz.
